PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR VISITING THE MUSEUM

  • Ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing time (5:30 p.m., closing at 6:00 p.m.).
  • We accept AMG, ICOM and disabled person's pass.

  • We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

  • The museum is wheelchair accessible except for the observation tower and attic exhibition spaces. An elevator (to the 3rd floor) and a lifting platform are available. The lifting platform has a load capacity of 250 kg.

  • Strollers are not allowed in the exhibition areas. Strollers can be left in a designated area before entering the exhibition areas, subject to agreement with the museum staff.

  • A cloakroom with lockers is available to museum visitors. Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed in the exhibition spaces.
  • Access to the tower is only possible in favorable weather and when accompanied by museum guides. For safety reasons the number of visitors to the tower is limited to 5 people.
