PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR VISITING THE MUSEUM
- Last admission to the museum is 30 minutes before closing time (5:30 p.m., closing time is 6:00 p.m.).
- We accept AMG, ICOM, ZTP, and ZTP/P cards.
- We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
- The museum is wheelchair accessible except for the observation tower and attic exhibition spaces. An elevator and lifting platform are available. The lifting platform has a load capacity of 250 kg.
- A cloakroom with lockers is available to museum visitors.
- Access to the observation tower is only possible in favorable weather and when accompanied by guides from the Ostrava Museum.
- For safety reasons, the number of visitors to the tower is limited to 5 people.
